The priest talent Improved Power Word: Fortitude seems to correctly increase stamina according to the amount in the talent tree; however, the buff tooltip does not reflect this increased stamina. It always shows the baseline amount in the buff tooltip, regardless of the talent, while increasing the true amount properly.
